Lone Ship

Independence is a powerful yet deceiving characteristic.

Being able to set and execute goals allows for complete freedom and flexibility. I’ve grown to favor independent tasks rather than group endeavors due to my specific preferences when it comes to workflow. My patience for other methods is minimal and I end up carrying the entire load.

Despite my wishes to take full control, one person can only do so much. Some of the best accomplishments are achieved by a team, and while it may be difficult to find the right people, it pays off in the end. Like-minded people have compatible workflows yet offer unique perspectives to benefit the whole team.

The journey ahead can seem daunting if tackled alone, but recruiting the right people can mean the difference between a lone ship and an entire fleet.
